PALLET SOLUTION Kft. Is committed to selling high quality products for customer satisfaction. The activity of the organization is the retail and wholesale of pallets.

All employees consider the operation and continuous development of the quality management system according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard to be their basic activity to maintain and strengthen the trust of our customers and to ensure the long-term operation of the company.

The management of PALLET SOLUTION Kft. shares the following quality policy in accordance with the business policy objectives of the organization:

• The existence of our company depends on our customers. We strive to get to know their current and future needs, and to continuously improve our services and product range.
• We continuously monitor the changes in the external environment, evaluate them, designate development and market acquisition directions, and shape the company's vision to meet business policy and quality goals.
• Our important goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our partners, and continuously maintain and improve our activities at the same time.
• We operate an effective Quality Management System that guarantees the constant, impeccable quality and continuous development of our services, and consequently the satisfaction of our partners.

The management of the organization is responsible for carrying out all activities in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, and provides the necessary resources and infrastructure for this purpose.

The management of the organization expects all its employees to contribute with their personal knowledge and responsibility to the implementation of the above quality policy and the success of PALLET SOLUTION Kft.
